  the three of us Chad Delanis, Jennifer Bell and myself. So how do you all know each other? Uh well I knew Jennifer because I was president of the AG in South Carolina the year she was vice president of the AG in North Carolina. We were in the same region and we absolutely just hit it off like right away. and and I she is one of the smartest people I have ever met in my life. And so uh in the AG we were working a lot on legislation and and things that that really you know are are the not the oversight but but kind of the guiding light for for dentistry. And so we would work on on legislation together and uh we just really hit it off and and as I said, she's just such a a a bright person. Um you guys sitting there, we always said we would have to do something together. We should be recording this conversation. So, and fast forward, is she a practicing dentist? Oh gosh, yes. She's got two full practices, three kids. She's the one I don't know how she does it all, trust me. and she's really the brains of our operation. But um no, so um you know co happened. We were all teaching um Chad Delanis and I were uh teaching for the same speakers bureau and uh we got bored during co we're like how do we stay relevant? How do we not go crazy sitting in our houses you know? Um and and so I said you know what let's let's do this. Let's bring dentists in the No. let's let's see how we can keep everyone in the no.
