  hardcover book project. Book had a big impact on you. It was part of your journey, part of many sources you used to eventually leave medicine and embark on this new path. I'd love to hear a bit about why you wanted to be part of the hard cover, write it forward for it. I just love your writing. I got a lot of solace from it, a lot of motivation and encouragement as well when around 2019 2020 was when I first discovered it through my brother. and discovering your writing through your newsletter and then later through the book, it gave me permission to explore a life path that I was like skirting around the edges of, but the fact that you'd done the thinking about it and put it into words and have describe your own feelings of insecurity and fear and anxiety and stuff, I was like, "Oh, okay. Someone else is doing this thing. It doesn't sound so bad." Great. So, I found that I've gifted your book to so many people in my life who also view it as a little bit of a sort of permission slip almost. I feel like me and people I know are very addicted to seeking people's permission for things like we were good students and good employees or ticked all the boxes and things. And so in a way I think of your book as a permission slip that like this is your permission slip to sort of try out experiments away from the default path of prestige, status and salary and towards a direction that might be more aligned with you or it might not. But either way it's an experiment and you can try it out. So when he asked me to write the forward I was like sick. This book has had an enormous impact on my life and on the lives of a lot of people I know and on the lives of like basically 100% of my team members who read your book and then and then for some reason decided to work with me.
