I truly believe that. I love that. Yeah. I'm not sure. I mean, I can't speak to the Texas smoked meats. So, now I want now I need to do both. Yeah. And I say this as a true Texas smoked meats respector that when I eat really good pastrami specifically from Katus in that moment I say you know what this is as good of a culinary experience as I would get at a Franklin's or whatever.
