Okay. Agreed with that. Overhead squat because this is I love the overhead squat. This is so tricky. This is this one is for me a difficult exercise for a lot of people. I think the accessibility on this one has been knocked straight off by most people that don't have flexible shoulders. To be able to hold it behind the crown of your head when you're going full depth, I think most people are just going to they're going to need to do a lot of training just to be able to do this exercise. I I would say as a range of motion exercise and something to learn whilst you're training, it'd be absolutely up there. But I totally agree with you. We did a session the other day with all of the coaches in here, and there were several coaches that we work with that are extremely good climbers that struggle to do a good overhead squat, either due to range of motion in their ankle or in their shoulders. Mhm. So, I think accessibility is relatively poor, but if you were training it at a low weight to increase that range, I think it's fantastic. For comp athletes, I put that up to the pretty much to the top because I think they need that range. They need to be able to perform in that range and have good body tension. For most climbers, I'd say it's an okay exercise. Maybe not ideal for most people. I think if we're looking at a general spectrum, I would say this is okay. Yeah, I I would maybe go not ideal just for the fact that most people won't do it. It's got we spoke about the complexities of getting like form right for a deadlift. I think that's got all of that. I think it's got the range of motion of the ankles from a squat and now it's also got range of motion from the shoulders. I think talking like about an advanced athlete which has got a good training history and has done some of the derivatives then you can what you can do is get rid of a bunch of derivatives and give them one exercise which hits a bunch bunch of areas all in one and then it's like in a way a much better exercise but I think the amount of training that has to go into it for particularly a climber that's had a long career of not lifting and just got that climbers build that like hunch I think I struggle so much it I'm gonna go not ideal with this one. All right, I'll I'll concede on that. I've definitely got a bias towards uh particularly for comp athletes with these type of lifts. So, understand a bit. I think it's not ideal for the majority of people due to that reason.
