Right. We've got a me in the middle somewhere then. What's that? Mid thigh pull. Mid thigh pull. We kind of just said this one is like full body isometrics. It's like pulling against something that's not moving. Absolutely brilliant for testing. I would not use that in training unless if you had a force plate or something or like a tin deck. I think it is kind of useful and it's interesting to see. But um it's just so much less enjoyable than doing concentric movement. It is good actually for um making sure that you're not going to be injured in terms of like we discussed about the limitations of a deadlift if you don't learn it properly. Whilst this is good, but I think most athletes I work with would try and go to max all the time. Um and it'd be we don't currently have the system to tell them what loads to pull to and get them to stick to that with a really nice interface. Um so I would say rare at the moment, but maybe it comes in more in the future. Yeah, I've got to be honest. I've never used it as a training modality, just testing. Maybe you could use it um frequently as a sort of like athlete monitoring tool to check for, you know, outliers and like your strength on a given day. But I don't think it's been that beneficial for training. But then again, I've not really used it with athletes, so I don't have that feedback. Cool. I think it would be pretty low in terms of buying, but that's just my intuition.

The trendline is visible, but the dated evidence behind Weightlifting Exercises is in the premium layer.
